Communications Specialist

We are looking for a Communications Specialist to do creative and fast work for a company that is developing new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES​

  • Develop visual messaging, infographics, diagrams and visualizations

  • Assist in storytelling and information through visual narratives by working collaboratively with developers, architects and end users

  • Take complex source material - including analysis and requirements from spreadsheets, working prototypes, whiteboard squiggles - and make it visually elegant and easy to understand

  • Develop inspiring infographics, white papers and presentations

  • Create stand-alone animations and explainer videos

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and move fast in a dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate working with developers and stakeholders to collect and process inputs for your deliverables

Basenji is a startup that develops collaborative project management tools on the ServiceNow platform. Our founders are ServiceNow implementers, managers, end users and subject matter experts. We are a fully remote team spanning the globe from Maui to Berlin to Silicon Valley to Hyderabad. We are a small startup developing ServiceNow solutions based on Knowledge Base and Workspaces. You’ll be working with an experienced entrepreneur, a seasoned architect and subject matter experts. We are a small team with big ideas.
