ServiceNow Architect

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect to lead a team of developers and system administrators to develop new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES​

  • Lead and manage ServiceNow developers and sys admins

  • Oversee and provide guidance for integration with ITBM functionality and data

  • Provide expertise in the development and execution of ServiceNow application solutions that adhere to best practices and baseline functionality

  • Serve as the expert on topics related to Knowledge Base, Workspaces and ITBM business processes

  • Direct the development of a scoped application for the ServiceNow store

  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to forward looking staffing models based on project finances and skillsets needed.

  • Ensure efficient delivery of contract capabilities using industry standards and repeatable processes including an ServiceNow/ITIL framework

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ relevant experience 

  • Extensive experience in solutioning and architecting ServiceNow implementations

  • Knowledge or certifications for ITIL v4

Basenji is a startup that develops collaborative project management tools on the ServiceNow platform. Our founders are ServiceNow implementers, managers, end users and subject matter experts. We are a fully remote team spanning the globe from Maui to Berlin to Silicon Valley to Hyderabad. We are a small startup developing ServiceNow solutions based on Knowledge Base and Workspaces. You’ll be working with an experienced entrepreneur, a seasoned architect and subject matter experts. We are a small team with big ideas.
