Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to do creative and fast work for a company that is developing new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and manage content for social media accounts - Twitter, Instagram, Facebook

  • Read articles and do research to find appropriate content and increase followers organically (no spam follows)

  • Analyze topics and keywords to promote social media posts

  • Establish relationships with social media influencers

  • Develop, design and implement content campaigns

  • Develop visual content such as infographics, word clouds, animation videos, whiteboard videos 

  • Provide bi-weekly reports and analytics with your analysis for improvements

  • Develop and manage weekly blog posts

  • Develop our YouTube social media platform and channel

  • Collect and organize relevant videos

Basenji is a startup that develops collaborative project management tools on the ServiceNow platform. Our founders are ServiceNow implementers, managers, end users and subject matter experts. We are a fully remote team spanning the globe from Maui to Berlin to Silicon Valley to Hyderabad. We are a small startup developing ServiceNow solutions based on Knowledge Base and Workspaces. You’ll be working with an experienced entrepreneur, a seasoned architect and subject matter experts. We are a small team with big ideas.
