Nature inspires me because I feel joy to be out in the open, on the trail, under the trees, surrounded by open space with tall grasses, or winding through a forest trail with glimpses of mountains and sky through the trees. Sugar Loaf and Ringtail are my new favorites because they are so different from each other and less than 10 minutes to the trailhead. When I get onto the trail and hear the birds and see expansive views I feel a strong wave of joy and silent communion.
