Threes Practice 🙏 📿 🙌

Meditation practice in three segments for 10 minutes to cultivate a conscious, blissful, focused day.


Set 10 minute alarm.


Start with puja, offering prayer.


First segment:

1.5 minute focus on the master, then close your eyes and relax in that focus.


Second segment:

1.5 minute focus on the master, then close your eyes and relax in that focus.


Third segment:

1.5 minute strong, intense focus on the master, then completely relax into bliss of the grace


Over time, when alarm goes off see how long you want to linger in the bliss of the master.


Now chant! Sing!
